1. General Information

2. The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about the Users and their behaviour in the following way:
a. through information voluntarily entered in the forms,
b. by storing cookies in the terminal equipment,
c. by collecting the logs of the web server by the hosting provider [home.pl], operating at coinapartamenty.pl.

3. In the interests of the security of entrusted personal data, FRIVOL operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, in particular with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC – “GDPR”.

2. Information in the forms
1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the User.
2. Furthermore, the Service may save information about the connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
3. The data given in the form is not made available to third parties, unless the User consents thereto.
4. The data given in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to handle a service request or a business contact.

The data provided in the forms may be transferred to the entities technically providing certain services – in particular, it concerns the transfer of information about the holder of a registered domain to the providers of Internet domains (primarily the Scientific and Academic Computer Network – NASK) as well as to the services handling payments or other entities with which the Service Provider cooperates in this scope.

3. Cookie policy
1. The service uses cookies.
2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text data, which is stored in the User’s terminal equipment. They enable using the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website, from which they come, the time for which they were stored in the User’s terminal equipment as well as the unique cookie IDs.
3. The subject placing cookies on the User’s terminal equipment and getting access thereto is the Service Provider.
4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a. to create statistics which help to understand how the Service Users use websites, thereby improving the structure and content of these websites;
b. to maintain the session of the Service User (after having logged in) so that the User does not need to enter their login and password on every single subpage of the Service;

4. Server logs
1. Information about certain behaviour of the Users is logged in to the server layer. This data is only used to manage the service and ensure as efficient operation of the hosting services as possible.
2. The resources viewed are identified via URL addresses. Furthermore, the following data may be saved as well:
a. when the enquiry was received,
b. when the answer was sent,
c. the name of the client station – identification implemented by the http protocol,
d. information about the errors which occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
e. the URL of the website previously visited by the User (referrer link) – if the website was entered via a link,
f. information about your browser,
g. information about your IP address.
3. The above data is not associated with any particular person visiting the website.
4. The above data is only used for the purpose of the service administration.

5. Providing data
1. The data is not disclosed to third parties.
2. The data enabling the identification of a natural person is made available only with their consent.
3. The Provider may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to the authorised authorities based on the lawful requests to the extent resulting from these requests.

6. Cookie management – how to give and withdraw your consent?
1. If the User does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. However, if they disable the use of these cookies which are necessary for the authentication processes, providing safety and maintaining the User’s preferences, using the website may be difficult or in extreme cases even impossible.
